This is a proposed facility planning to begin operation in August 2006. They would discharge stormwater to a UT to Mitchell Creek, class C-Sw, NSW. The application notes a wet detention pond;,this site is probably subject to state stormwater permitting requirements because of its coastal county location. The NOI is attached. Does the Washington Regional Office have any concerns with issuing a DOC to this facility? If we don't receive any objections in 30 days, we plan to issue the COC. , Thanks, BG no thanks for the heads up Al Hodge Division of Water Quality Surface Water Protection Washington Regional Office Regional Office 252-946-6481 Direct 252-948-3844 fax- 252-946-9215 I of I 1/[7/2006 11:17 AM NCG190070 January 10, 2006 B.
