The Division has reviewed your request for the rescission of NPDES Stormwater Permit numbers NCG190031 and
NCG190080. Based on your request concerning the above referenced facility, the Division is granting your exclusion
from permitting as provided for under 40 CFR 126.22(g), which is incorporated by reference in North Carolina
regulations. We are also hereby rescinding your current permits Certificates of Coverage, NCG190031 and
NCG190080.
It is the understanding of the Division that the Morehead facility has been sold to Starling Marine. A site visit to the
facility located in Wilmington indicates no activities exists that pose exposure to stormwater. Your exclusion from
these permits does not affect your facility's legal requirements to obtain environmental permits that may be required
under other federal, state, or local regulations or ordinances.
