Between April 1, 2013 and December 31, 2015, there were no stormwater overflow events or
deliberate discharge events for Outfall Basin #1 or #2 from the subject outfall location. The
2013, 2014 and 2015 Annual Summary DMR for Stormwater are attached. I apologize for not
reporting the previous quarters. Mr. Merritt has shifted his operation upslope and is using water
from the pit for dust control, in order to cut costs. Please let me know if there is any additional

Between April 1, 2013 and December 31, 2015, according to your records there were no
stormwater overflow events or deliberate discharge everts for Outfall Basin #1 or #2.. The
2013, 2014 and 2015 Annual Summary DMR for Stormwater are attached. I have submitted
these Discharge Monitoring Reports to the Central Office of the NCDEQ Division of Water
Resources.
