provided much appreciated assistance during the inspection.- The facility appeared to be
maintained and managed in a very conscientious. manner. The stormwater pollution
prevention plan contained excellent documentation company's stormwater program at the
site.

Mr. Jason Conner was extremely helpful during the inspection. The site appears to be extremely well
maintained and conscientious about stormwater realted issues. The stormwater pollution prevention plan
for the site is complete and thorough. The plan contains all of the required elements including but not
limited to. site location map, narrative descriptions of storage practices and process areas, training program,
good housekeeping program, stormwater BMPs, spill prevention plan, monitoring and records. Qualitative
and quantitative monitoring is being done at the required intervals.
