Concerning the above NOV following a Compliance Evaluation for Willow Valley
Resort WWTP, we do acknowledge that the UV was not operational at the time of
inspection; however, we have been using chlorine and maintaining records of residuals in
the interim. We have searched for replacement parts and were unable to do so in a timely
manner, which we sincerely apologize for. Replacement parts have now been ordered as
of December 3, 2019, and an invoice is included as an attachment to this correspondence
in support of that. According to the company we ordered from, shipment should take
place 4-6 weeks after ordering, which may be delayed by the holidays as well. We are not
yet in receipt of replacement parts, but will update Ms. Park as we receive and install
them.
The fence at the plant has been repaired as of December 5, 2019, and a new flow chart
and ink pen have been installed at the plant as well.
