Individual permits cannot be issued until 45 days after the public notice is published, which was on July 27t", the 45 days
concluding on September 10t". I submitted the permit to my supervisor for final review and signature on September

Could you please provide the current status and schedule for the subject NPDES Permit.
The Owner, NCDEQ Washington Regional Office, and Consultants provided comments relative to the draft
permit in mid -August.
What is the next step and schedule for processing/issuing a final permit?
