Hello Robert,
I am following up on the comments WaRO had regarding the Valhalla WTP permit (NC032719). The components list and
footnote numbering were both updated as requested, and the receiving stream and basin were fixed as well for the
existing discharge location to reflect Rockyhock Creek in the Chowan basin. Concerning your request regarding signage
be present indicting the outfall location, I have looked into this and spoken with John and Julie, and we will not be
adding a requirement like this in the current permit as that is not something NPDES permitting currently includes in
permits. We may look into adding this type of requirement in the future, though. Please let me know if you have any
