Brianna, WaRO would like to correct the discharge point of the present permit. The ponds when they do discharge goes
to an UT to Bennetts Millpond within the Chowan River Basin and not Pollocks Swamp in the Pasquotank River
Basin. This was mistakenly changed under a different permit renewal, but the ponds have never discharged to Pollocks
Swamp.
This office does not have any other comments.
