We have reviewed the groundwater monitoring report for the Valhalla WTP (NC0032719) received 2/26/19. Based on
our review, our office concurs with the conclusions and recommendations presented in the report and requests that
Chowan County proceed with the proposed continued groundwater monitoring and the completion of the Corrective
Action Plan (CAP). If you have any questions, please give us a call.
