Dear Corey,
The following are responses to your comments in a letter dated February 10, 2020, for the above
referenced project:
1. Please show the locations of any wetlands, streams, and stream buffers on the site plans or add
a note that none exist [15A NCAC 02H .1043(3)(f)].
The following note has been added to the Site Plan Exhibit:
"There are no wetlands, streams, or stream buffers located within the project area."
2. Please complete the BUA table on Page 4 of the ATC Application with the existing built -upon
area.
S&ME: The BUA table on the ATC Application (page 4) has been completed.
3. If the project area is not equal to the property area, please delineate on the site plans what is
being considered the project area. This will be the area that is covered under the permit. If the
entire property area is to be covered under this permit, please update the BUA table
accordingly.
S&ME: The Project Area has been added to the Site Plan Exhibit.
4. Provide pdfs of all revisions, 2 hardcopies of revised plan sheets, and 1 hardcopy of other
documents. Pdfs must be uploaded using the form at: https:Hedocs.deq.nc.gov/Forms/SW
