Raynor's corner on the Westerly margin of free Street in the Town of Benson, which point is 140 feet in a Southwesterly direction from the Southwesterly Intersection of Harnett and Lee Streets In the Town of Benson and runs as the Westedy margin of Lee Street South 38 degrees 50 minutes West 1091 feet to a stake; thence North 83 degrees 50 minutes West as some of Star Manufacturing Company's line 742 feet to a stake on the Easterly margin of Elm Street, which stake is 84 feet in a Southward direction from the City Limits of the Town of Benson; thence as the Easterly margin of Elm Street North 38 degrees 50 minutes East 1479 feet to a stake, said stake being 150 feet Southward from Hemett Street; thence South 51 degrees 10 minutes East, parallel with Hamett Strut 313 feet to a stake; thence North 38 degrees 50 minutes East, parallel with Elm Street 10 feet to a stake; thence South 51 degrees 10 minutes East, parallel with Harnett Street 313 feet to the point of BEGINNING, containing 18.46 acres, more or less, according to a survey and plat of said property made by W.
