Inspection Summary:
A request was made by the facility for assitance when one of the test results of the outfalls showed higher than normal. After
looking at past data for the last 5 years it is beleived this is an anomaly and not a result in change of operations. DEQ staff
recommended to check the next results in June 2020 to see if there is a repeated testing results. During this visit it was also
observed the ph testing was performed incorrectly. Instructions was given on how to perform these test within the timeframe
the permit requires.
