Here-s how I've addressed or plan to address the NOV MapleRidgeFarms received on an inspection on
December 5 2019
Violations
1. We have installed a dirt berm and will pour a concrete drive over berm as soon as weather
permits.
2. Caps are in place and we don't have own or have access to irrigation or dragline equipment
so that pipe is now obsolete for our operation. All waste will be tank hauled from this point
forward.
3. Waste is now approximately 8' feet below maximum liquid level.
4. Tony -Davis has-been notified and marker will be reset soon.
5. Soil samples being taken the week of 1/20/2020
6. New CAWMP will be completed with new soil samples
7. Guardrail curbs will be installed as time and money allow.
8. More fill dirt will applied to ruts on dam and grass sowed in ruts the week of-1/-20/2020
