Here's how I've addressed or plan to address the NOV Maple Ridge Farms received on an inspection on
August 26, 2019
Violations
1. Waste has been kept in check since inspection and we are currently on McClain Farms
schedule to pump waste the week of 11/11/19.
2. As soon as waste, is pumped down Tony Davis will reset or waste marker.
3. We had a meeting with all owners and employees to make sure all future non-compliance
issues are reported as soon as they are observed.
4. Soil samples are being taken.next week since crops have been harvested from fields.
5. Soil samples will remedy violation #5
6. We will be adding guardrails to increase the curb height by 24"
7. This has been discussed with manure applicators and samples will be taken during
application events and mailed.
8. Fill dirt was applied and grass sowed in ruts the week of 11/4/19
Times have been hard since we stopped milking but are getting things together finically and will be on
top of things going forward. Thanks for your time
