Eden to verify qualifications to obtain No Exposure Exclusion to the North Carolina General
Stormwater Permitting Rules. The facility appears to qualify for No Exposure Exclusion to the
Industrial Permit Requirements under current operating procedures. No Exposure Exclusion is
hereby Granted under permit identified as NCGNE1258. If operating procedures, site
conditions or permit requirements change, the facility may be required to reapply for full
coverage under a new industrial stormwater permit.
