On January 28, 2020 the Division of Energy, Mineral and Land Resources Stormwater Program
completed a Name-Owner Change request received from you. Attached please find a NPDES
Stormwater Permit Contacts Summary showing the updated information.
Please note that you are still obligated to maintain no exposure conditions at your facility. If conditions
change such that your facility can no longer qualify for the No Exposure Certification,you are obligated
to immediately obtain NPDES permit coverage for your discharge. You must self-re-certify annually
using forms found at https://deq.nc.Rov/about/divisions/energy-mineral-land-resources/npdes-
no-exposure .The annual self-re-certification does not need to be submitted unless requested,
this form should however remain on file and be available for review should an inspector
request it. The permit holder must also understand that should issues arise that the
department deems to be a problem, then the permit may be suspended and the site will be
required to obtain other NPDES permits. The permit holder should also understand that
compliance inspections can be performed at any time by North Carolina Department of
Environmental personnel to ensure no exposure conditions are being maintained.
Your conditional exclusion from permitting does not affect your facility's legal requirements to
obtain other environmental permits that may be required under other federal, state, or local
