Explanation Plan revised based on comments provided by the NC Wildlife Resource
Commission. The approved plan was modified with the following:
1. The total disturbed area increased to 65.1 acres.
2. Two pre-existing culverts will be removed, and three proposed culvert crossings
were converted to broad -based swale ford crossings. These crossing will occur at
dry ditch locations.
3. Two floodplain pool habitat features were added to the site plan.
Revised plan sheets will be uploaded.
