Dear Mr. Lane, Mr. Ward, Mr. Steffens,
Regarding the bridge replacement Beaufort 135, Due to a utility conflict the waterline bore will have to be
moved to the LT side of project. The NCDOT is requesting a permit modification to allow the waterline
bore to be done on the other side of bridge. There will be no impacts associated with this request. Please
find attached the revised plans showing the proposed work.
