Alamance County North Carolina
Dear Mr. Cheek:
A rescission request was recently received for the permits listed below. Staff from the Division of Water
Resources has confirmed that these Permits are no longer required. Therefore, in accordance with your
request,the following Sewer Extension Permits are rescinded, effective immediately.
WQ0023262 Forest Ridge Lift Station issued 11/24/03
WQ0029925 Sonic Drive-In issued 03/06/06
WQ0030279 K2B, LLC-Commercial Development issued 05/22/06
If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non-discharge system,you must first apply for and receive
a new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non-discharge system without a valid
Wastewater Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
