I did receive the drawings around 2:30 this afternoon..

Making adjustments to memo and letter. It would be nice to have an update to the synopsis table DOT
provided in your request for a modification. All I mean by that is what David is requesting below.

Carla,

As per our telecon this afternoon, please provide a cover letter or memo, along with a table of permit sites
that pertain, explaining the changes/revisions DOT is including with the request for modification dated Oct 31,
2019. As I understand it, (and correct me if I misunderstood) the only changes that will need to be reflected in
the permit modification are 1) an increase the length of the stream relocation channel (which does not change
impacts per se); and, 2) an increase of 12 linear feet for bank stabilization at Site 28.
