Staff of the Mooresville Regional Office (MRO) conducted a compliance inspection on June 21s', 2019 as
part of the permit renewal process. Thank you for your time during the inspection. The treatment system
appeared to function sufficiently at the time of inspection; however, the following items are noted to
maintain overall program compliance:
• Application site needs maintenance for undergrowth and discontinuation of heavy mulch layer, so
driplines are visible for assessment/repair.
• A logbook was started and discussed for additional entries. Document required weekly/monthly
system checks and file receipts for system parts/repairs with logbook for easy access at future
inspections.
