ADDITIONAL REGIONAL STAFF REVIEW ITEMS There is a discrepancy between the "WQROSNDARR" form and the application for the facility location. The WTP is located in Granite Falls (City of Lenoir) in Caldwell County, which is in the Ashville Regional Office. Comments on the WQROSNDARR form noted Lenoir County in the Washington Regional Office. MRO staff communicated with ARO staff via email on 12-17-19. ARO staff confirmed there were no concerns with adding the WTP as a source. FORM: WQROSSR 04-14 Page 5 of 5
