Holly) to review active land application at site NC-CL-12-01. The site conditions and application appeared to meet program requirements at the time of inspection. This permit is currently in the renewal process with Central Office Non -Discharge permitting staff in Raleigh. Some existing sites in Lincoln and Gaston county were viewed roadside to assess area changes detected with on-line mapping. It appears structures in question were either tractor or warehouse storage, so will not impact setback requirements. You will receive separate communication related to the renewal application. Sent 6-24-19 email request for: the complete lab report for all 7 fecal results, the current quarterly 30day bench analyses & estimated PAN/truck loads for the NC-CL-12-01 application event today. Data was received by email on 6-24&25-19, from Adam Brigman (Synagro). Comment: Flies and other insects present, but appeared unrelated to land application. Soils are only evaluated when new fields are added.
