To whom it may concern:
Regulation of Sedimentation and Erosion Control in Salisbury's jurisdiction continues to be delegated to
Rowan County. The City conducts spot inspections to help insure that erosion control measures are
functioning properly. Residents who see a problem can call the City's stormwater pollution hotline to
report a concern. City staff will then contact Rowan County personnel and work to resolve the issue
together. Questions regarding Sediment and Erosion Control regulations may be directed to me as
indicated below.
