The proposed sewer main ties into the existing gravity sanitary sewer main running along Old Fayetteville Road. I understand that this does not relieve the collection system owner front complying with G.S. 143- 215.67(a) which prohibits the introduction of any waste in excess of the capacity of the waste disposal systern.
