On August 21, 2019, Joan Schneier of the NC Division of Water Resources (DWR), Water Quality
Regional Operations Section, did a follow-up inspection on the above wastewater treatment after
receiving an email on August 17 that the fence had been fixed. This was in response to my letter of
July 11, documenting the inspection on February 1, 2019.
The fence had been repaired over nearly its entire length. One small break was fixed during
inspection. Assuming that no other problems arose in the interim, the system was compliant on the
date inspected.
