Inspection Summary:
On January 9, 2020 this facility was inspected for compliance. I met with Christie Gunter and Roddy Hughes on site. No
major issues were noted during the inspection, however it was noted that certain sections of the Stormwater Pollution
Prevention Plan had not been kept up-to-date. The Spills log should include the "notation that no spills have occurred"
accompanied by a signature for years where there was no spill.
Also, an additional monitoring point was discussed during the inspection. It is recommended that the permittee evaluate for
additional ouffalls as needed.
