The cooperation and assistance of Chris Weaver, certified PC -I Operator in Responsible Charge, was greatly appreciated. Below are findings developed from permit review and the inspection: Stansted Subdivision Well #2 WTP I. The current permit was rene%%-ed and became effective November I, 2018 and will expire April 30, 2023. 2. The 0.065 MGD potable water plant consists of the following units: groundwater source well; chlorine disinfection and dechlorination units; two (2) -settling tanks; Bennefloc before and after filters; three (3) greensand filters with backwash flow meter; distribution flow meter; wastewater backwash drain line to settling tank; sand -bed filter with discharge to outfall. 3. All units were in operation at the time of inspection. Effluent appeared clear and free of solids flowing from the discharge pipe. 4. Chris Weaver is field certified for pH and residual chlorine. Eneo Laboratories performs all other permit parameters. 5. COC`s for October 2019 were on file. A check of lab bench sheets to data on the Discharge Monitoring Report (DMR) revealed no transcription errors. A review of DMR data from April 2016 to November 2019 include the following: monitoring violation for total nitrogen for 06.2016 and 12.2016; late DMR reporting for 01.201 S. There were no other violations for the review period. Hollybrook Subdivision WTP 7. The current permit was renewed and became effective November 1, 2018 and will expire April 30, 2023. S. The 0.017 MGD WTP consists of the following units: groundwater well at 26 gpm; sodium hypochlorite .' sodium hydroxide feed system; two (2) greensand filters; chlorination dechlorination units; potable water storage tank; wastewater storage; filter backwash to subsurface sandbed; sludge removal for landfill disposal; discharge line to outfall. 9. The WTP has been inactive since 10.08.2015. Well #3 has been capped off. There is no discharge to the environment. Please inform this office if Aqua would like to keep or rescind this permit.
