Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Hi Bethany, I was just going through my emails and came across this one you had sent to me back in June. I checked the Laserfiche site and noticed that there is no update on payment or a renewal of the COC for NCG080128. Did DEQ ever receive the payment? I have an email from our staff stating that our purchasing department should have paid the permit fee online back in June. Can you let me know if we are paid up and if so how I can get a copy of your renewed COC? Happy New Year! The attached letter went out about it in September, and the fee is still showing overdue in our system. Please contact Deborah Reese for an invoice so it can be resolved. When it has been paid up, please contact Suzanne McCoy (copied above) and send her confirmation so that she can renew this COC and send you a new permit. You will not be able to use the on-line request because only permits that were active at the time are available. Do not click links or open attachments unless you verify. Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Hey Bethany, I checked the issuance letters and ours is missing. Our COC is NCG080128 but there does not appear to be a letter in the file for our COC..the letters appear to be in numerical order by COC # and it skips from NCG080126 to NCG080134. Since our letter is missing does that mean that I should go ahead and request a renewal of our COC using the link you provided? What is the COC number? First check our Laserfiche Repository to see if it was requested by someone else in the past. There would be a copy of it in the specific COC folder. For a copy of the issuance letter that had all the instructions about obtaining the COC, check the NCG080000 Master General Permit 2018 Renewal folder. There’s a very large file in there of all the issuance letters that went out, and you can search for your COC number. Does this help? Send all suspicious email as an attachment to report.spam@nc.gov Hi Bethany, I work in the stormwater program at NC State and we have an NCG08000 permit for our Motor Pool facility. I was under the impression that as long as we paid our fee, we have coverage under our COC for the NCG08000 permit. I noticed on the DEQ website there is a place to submit a renewal request for a COC. Do we need to submit a renewal request though the website? I am confused because I thought that as long as we paid our fee we have coverage. If we do not need to submit a renewal at this time, then when would we need to submit our renewal request to maintain coverage? -- Karyn Green Environmental Health and Safety NC State University Campus Box 8007 Raleigh, NC 27695-8007 919.515.6861 -- Karyn Green Environmental Health and Safety NC State University Campus Box 8007 11 Raleigh, NC 27695-8007 919.515.6861 12
