The IUP was initially received by the Division on December 20, 2019, followed by corrections received January 3, 2020. IUP # sIU )001 Century Hosiery The review, with the observation below, indicates that the IUP is adequate and the minimum requirements of 15A NCAC 02H .0905 and .0916 and 40 CFR 403.8(f)(1)(iii) are met. A copy of the Allocation Table maintained in the Division's computer has been updated accordingly. 1. It appears that the IUP became effective on January 1, 2020, and our office did not receive the copy of IUP until December 20, 2019. In future, please ensure to submit copies of IUP to the Division for review at least 30 days prior to effective date, per 15A NCAC 02H .0917(a). Federal and State pretreatment regulations require the local delegated pretreatment program to effectively control and document the discharge of wastewater from Significant/Categorical Industrial Users to the POTW. It is the POTW's responsibility to ensure that these objectives are consistently met. Thank you for your continued support of the Pretreatment Program.
