Inspection Summary:
Inspection scheduled to review repared zones, go over paperwork, and reivew soils taken in 2019
Soil analysis was compelted 7/18/2019 and showed a reduction in required liming in a couple of zones.
Paperwork and NDMR/NDAR submittals were discussed. Facility previously has been reporting all 8 reclaim zones as 1
zone on NDARs, flagging violations in BIMS. The need to track each zone independently was reinforced and will be done
going forward with new operator changes and submittal changes. Even though all zones were dosed at same rate and time,
acreage differences across the zones could affect loading.
Sand filter was reviewed and seeral heads needed repair or replacement.
T freeboard noted in both lagoons
Repaired reclaim zones doing better, but still have a lot of stormwater washdown rutting out. Discussed more permanent
options for slowing down water (straw booms).
Also discussed plans for flow totalizer on upset system in the works.
All records present and in good order. Housekeeping in very good shape.
