Project Narrative: This project is an overall water and sewer rehabilitation project funded partially by a USDA Rural Development Grant. A majority of the project will replace existing aging gravity sewer lines by pipe bursting and slip lining throughout the Town with new HDPE piping. In addition, the project will include replacement or lining of select existing manholes. In one location, approximately 180 If of new 8" gravity sewer and one manhole will be installed on South Elm Street, between West Second St and West Third Street to replace a shared service connection and another long sewer service that has been plagued with issues. This new line will also include a new service to serve an existing vacant residential lot. We are assuming that the future home will be a max of 3 bedrooms. This will be the only new gravity sewer installed as part of the project. 2. A portion of the USGS Quad..... 3. Application V.1.: Due to the downstream sewer not being different than the WWTF listed in Item IV, this information was not included per the title associated with item V. However, this page is attached and now shows the size of the receiving sewer. If you need additional information please let us know. 4. Yes, the only flow generated with this project is due to a 3-bedroom home. See Project Narrative above 5. Item IX.6 has been revised accordingly. Please see the attached revised page. The project does not include any high priority lines. )tltlt'litiitlp''t llil!'Inllt'l'lllt' * i/(Nltri'(!' *.`('h'J(11'1 .l'lf 1 f j;rirl4hf '- Illr111li1 IjL'tll'i!
