Just wanted to give you a heads up that Grassy Branch was placed in partial bypass on 10-31-19 at 1205 and taken out of
bypass on 11-1-19 at 0911 due to last night's thunderstorms. I called it in and spoke to Wes. Danny will follow up as
usual with the 5 day report. Have a great weekend.
