The Sewer Collection Permit Number WQCSDooi9. The collection system discharges into the City of Albemarle's sewer collection and treatment facility. Stanly County Utilities will hereby commit to accept and provide sewer service for this development via the expansion of the grey water sewer collection system provided the following conditions are met: I have spoken with Christyn Fertenbaugh Collections System Permitting Environmental Engineer with NCDEQ. Ms. Fertenbaugh stated that NCDEQ would require a full technical review of the submitted plans for an expansion of a Grey Water Sewer Collection System and NCDEQ should approve the permit provided sound engineering practices are utilized in the design and construction. Please contact your Engineer (Wooten) and ask that he contact Ms. Fertenbaugh at (919) 707-3625 if he has any additional questions or concerns. He may also contact me if he needs my assistance in 1 addressing collection system questions or other issues. Ms. Fertenbaugh did state that the technical reviews generally take around 5 months to complete. As per our understanding, the property owner will maintain the individual septic tanks and be required to pump them out as needed. All septic tanks shall have a filter to prevent solids from getting into the gravity grey water lines that will be maintained by Stanly County Utilities Department. The property owner conditions above will be signed in a users agreement that will be drafted and will run with the property as a responsibility of current and future property owners. At our earlier meeting, we had discussed investigating the existing pump station to determine if it was a grinder pump station. As we have since discovered it is not a grinder pump station and therefore additional information will need to be provided by your Engineer and Stanly County Utilities to determine if cutters can be added. In addition, a hydraulic analysis of the forcemain will need to be completed. This is a very simple process but we need to make sure all our information is correct with respect to the forcemain size, distance and elevations. I will be happy to work with your engineer to get this completed. Please have him call me at the phone number(s) listed below. I have attached a general outline for donated asset projects such a major subdivision, which this is considered to be. We will need to move through thees items as we receive design plans from your engineer. Thanks Duane Wingo, PE Stanly County Utilities Director 1000 N.
