This is not the assessment. This is just the NOV that indicates a possible assessment. As with all the others (NOV-2019- DV-0355, NOV-2019-DV-0347, NOV-2019-DV-0257, NOV-2019-DV-0241, and NOV-2019-DV-0194), please respond as requested and I will hold until we finalize the SOC negotiations.
