NC DIVISION OF ENERGY, MINERAL, AND LAND RESOURCES INTENT TO ISSUE A
STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT Public comment or objection to the draft permit is
invited. Submit written comments to DEMLR at the address below. All comments received prior
to September 13, 2019 will be considered in the final determination regarding permit issuance
and permit provisions. Applications Evonik Corp, 2401 Doyle Street, Greensboro, NC, has applied
for an NPDES permit to discharge stormwater from an industrial facility atsEvonik Corp, 2401
Doyle Street, Greensboro, NC, Guilford County. The facility discharges to Mile Run Creek, a
class WS-V;NSW water body in the Cape Fear River Basin, Permit No. NCS000010. Additional
permit documents are available for the reproduction cost at, DEMLR Stormwater Permitting
