Following the conversion, the Company will continue its legal existence under the name Vulcan Construction Materials, LLC. We do not anticipate that the conversion will have any impact on the operations, assets or liabilities of the Company. A copy of the relevant conversion statute is attached to this letter. Attached you should find: 1. Applicable pages of the mine permit applications for each facility detailing this owner name change. 2. Reclamation bond / rider with the revised new corporate name. 3. Three checks totaling $2900.00 for the $100.00 processing fee for each permit corporate name change. Unless required by your department, Vulcan does not need updated permits for the above sites. This being the case, Vulcan would like to request a letter acknowledging the name change and that the permits will remain active and in full force under the new name.
