This Office has reviewed the information received by this Office on July 21, 1999 relevant to the subject
property and conducted a site visit the same day. This project is referenced by the Raleigh Regional Office
as NBRRO 99-187. It was determined that the unnamed tributary to Crabtree Creek, as indicated on the
Wake County Soils and USGS Maps,is not present on the ground and therefore is not subject to the Neuse
9 River Basin: Nutrient Sensitive Waters Management Strategy; Protection and Maintenance of Existing
_ Riparian Areas,Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233 (NCAC..0233).
