Attached are updated exhibits addressing your comments. In addition to the original avoidance and
minimization efforts out here, we were able to reduce the impact to the head of the stream (20LF less impact) to
only 1 OLF reducing the overall permanent impacts for the site to 102LF. A french drain will be added at the fill
impact at Wetland C to provide stability and maintain the hydrology to the head of that wetland. Additionally,
the outfall from the BMP#1 was directed to the opposite side to provide supplemental hydrology to that
floodplain/wetland area. Please review and let us know if this satisfies your concerns here. If so, we'll send on
over to Dave to get these included in his review as well. Thanks -

BMP #1 — can't it discharge towards -into the wetland???
And French drain the fill material above the impact wetland 91 if able/possible
Stream impact #2, loose the lot. Avoid the stream headwater/beginning. Loosing one lot
shouldn't kill the project.
