I received confirmation from the county that the permit has been closed out (see attached email), and forwarded that to
Bethany Monday afternoon. I left her a voicemail yesterday to ask if she had received my email and if it was enough to

complete the NOT process. She emailed me back this morning letting me know that she actually never received the
email that I forwarded her so I resent it and left her another voicemail this morning to confirm receipt.

We are waiting for the County to send confirmation that the erosion control permit has been closed out and that
construction has been completed and stabilized. The one person who could assist us with this at the County was out on
vacation last week and no one else at the county was able to help us with this matter. We have reached back out to the
county this morning and will inform the team once we hear back.
We will need to send the as-builts to the city's engineering department so they can sign off on them. That is required to
convert the TCO into a CO.

and the issue date was 07/03/2019. Freddie will send us the inspection report that we need as soon as he receives it
