Aiken, SC 29803 Subject Property: Shoppes at Holly Springs, NC Stormwater Management Plan (SMP) Modification On July 19, 2006, the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) issued a storm water management plan approval letter to Mr. Art Kepes and Holly Springs Retail Investment, LLC for the purpose of constructing the subject property in Holly Springs, Wake County. The stormwater management plan satisfied the stormwater conditions required by the 401 Water Quality Certification and riparian buffer authorization issued to you on June 27, 2006. On November 6, 2009 the Division of Water Quality (DWQ) received a request from Mr. Michael Ranks, PE, of Freeland and Kauffman, Inc. for acceptance into the Express Review Program regarding a modification of the SMP due to improper installation of the BMPs. This letter advises you that your project will be accepted into the Express Review Program once the following items are received: a. The application fee of $500.00 made payable to the North Carolina Division of Water Quality [Stormwater Management Plan Modification with one (1) drainage area]; b. Three (3) complete and collated copies of the Express Review Stormwater Management Plan Application [ http://www.ncwaterquaii ..org/ncwetlands/documents/ExpRevSWMAppV2.pdf]; c. Three (3) collated copies of all supporting information pertaining to this project including design calculations for any proposed BMP; d. Three collated copies of full size plans (with detailed construction information) including, but not limited to, the following: i. Existing conditions of project area; ii. Detailed plan and cross sectional views of any physical BMP modification showing pertinent structures, zones, pool levels, bottom and top elevations, side slopes; iii. Proposed construction sequence and planting schedule for the BMP; and e. One (1) data CD of full size modified plans in TIFF Group 4 format (black and white, not grayscale or color).
