Noah Construction is the agent for Pastor Jerry Williams of the Agape Fellowship
Church and David Lane has been the person heading this project. Mr. Lane recently left
the company and I have been assigned this position.
In reviewing the project files, I realize we have not gathered all the information you
requested in your letter of August 13, 2009 and that we will not be able to finish the task
by November 12. To that end, I am respectfully requesting an extension until January 5,
2010. This will give me ample time to review the project with our professional engineers
and to complete the information needed for your review.
