The feature present in the evaluated area, referenced by this Office as NBR-RRO 097, is a stream
and subject to the Neuse River Basin Riparian Area Protection Rules, Administrative Code
T15A:02B.0233.
The point of buffer protection begins at the flag labeled Start NBR. The area of protection is fifty
feet on all sides of the stream and this area of protection is shown on the map received by this Office
on April 22, 1999.
