On September 19, 2019, personnel from the Mooresville Regional Office with the Division of
Energy Mineral and Land resources determined coverage could be rescinded as requested for
NCS000037and replaced by NCG110159.
If something changes and your facility would again require stormwater or wastewater discharge
permit coverage, you should notify this office immediately. We would be happy to assist you in
assuring the proper permit coverage.
