Please provide the following information so that we may continue to review your project and prevent denial of your application as,required by 15A NCAC 2H .0506: Stormwater Management Plan: a) You have subdivided your project site into nine drainage areas. Three of these areas meet the criteria for requiring engineered stormwater management-Basins 1, 3 and 4. You have not provided stormwater management for Basin No. 4. This will be required. b) Grassed swales provide only 35%TSS removal; you are required by the conditions of the General Water Quality Certification to provide stormwater BMPs that remove at least 85%TSS [http://h2o.enr.state.nc.us/ncwetlands/GC3402.pdf]. Please redesign the stormwater management for Basin No. 1. c) The forebay for Wet Detention Pond for Basin No. 3 is extremely oversized. This does not provide additional water quality benefits.
