Dear Mr. Martin:
This letter is being sent to you in response for your request of concurrence on the referenced by
this Office as NBRRO 99-046. It has been determined by your Office that there are no features
located on this property that are subject to the Neuse River Basin Riparian Area Protection Rules,
Administrative Code T15A:02B.0233.
This Office has reviewed the Stream Evaluation Form, the United States Geological Survey
Quad Map, and the Soil Survey Map of Wake County that was received February 17, 1999.
From that review, it appears that there are no water bodies or features present in the evaluated
area that are subject to the Neuse Buffer Riparian Rules.
