Dear Mr. Harrell:
A rescission request was recently received for the permits listed below. Staff from the Division of
Water Resources has confirmed that these Permits are no longer required. Therefore, in accordance
with your request,the following Sewer Extension Permits are rescinded, effective immediately.
WQ0031831 Vance PO Rd. Dollar General issued 06/12/07
WQ0033233 Comfort Suites issued 08/14/08
WQ0034864 Larkin Sewer&Third Creek Pump Station issued 07/07/10
WQ0034929 Downtown Statesville Streetscape Improvements issued 08/13/10
If in the future, if you wish again to operate a non-discharge system, you must first apply for and
receive a new Wastewater Collection System Permit. Operating a non-discharge system without a valid
Wastewater Collection Permit will subject the responsible party to a civil penalty of up to $10,000 per
day.
