After reviewing the facility's self -monitoring data (effluent), we have det- ermined that a revision should be made in our permit limits previously sent to you. In addition to the following: _._.. .... _.Dw: _.. ._ 0:16 MGD- BODS: 30 mg/1 NH,N: - D.O.: 5 mg/l TSS: 30 mg/l Fecal Coliform: 1000/100 ml pH: 6-9 SU, an MBAS limit of 0.843 mg/l is required to protect the State's Water Quality Standard of 0.5 mg/1 for class "C" water. Monitoring for D.O., conductivity, temperature and fecal coliform will be required upstream of the discharge and at NC 601, downstream of the discharge. If you have any questions, please let me know.
