I just want to clarify the annual report notice Rocky Mount received today. Your memo references a report
submitted on March 25, 2019. That was the report submitted for 2018 after an extension was granted to the
City. I submitted a separate report on October 31st that would serve as the submittal for 2019. I submitted an
excel spreadsheet directly to Jeanette Powell because the online BIMS would not let me submit another report
in this calendar year because of the extension.
Let me know if you have any questions or need additional information. I have attached a copy of the 2019
submittal dated 10/31/2019 for your reference.
