Upon review of your application, this Office has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed until the following information is received: 1. Based on a telephone conversation with Ms. Veronica Hanzel of EI, you propose to provide on-site mitigation for your impacts. As such, please amend Page 7 of your application with respect to the North Carolina Ecosystem Enhancement Program. 2. We appreciate the efforts to provide on-site compensatory mitigation through stream enhancement. Please provide a draft copies of the proposed preservation document and recordable survey map (no larger than 11" x 17") for our review. 3. Please submit a detailed planting plan for the riparian areas, to include species, location. 4. Please submit detailed plans, profiles, and specifications for the stream enhancement. 5. Identify a proposed schedule of construction and target completion date of your proposed mitigation. . ~ ~~ ~,.a: ~;~ ~ ~ ., 20Q6 ~. ; E y~~; -2- Please submit the above information within 30 days of receipt of this Notif cation or we will consider your application withdrawn. At that time, we would determine the next appropriate enforcement action which may include complete restoration of the site to pre-construction conditions and/or referral to the Unites States Attorney or the Environmental Protection Agency.
